The program is structured as follows:

  • Part I: 6 Months - Certificate in Human Resource Operations (CHR)
  • Part II: 3 Months (after CHR) - Certificate in Human Resource Development (CHD).

Classes meet twice a week in intense online sessions all of which are structured to provide students with a firm theoretical and practical basis to grow as HR professionals. Students will be expected to work in small groups, exploring cases and scenarios that will expound on concepts introduced in class. Furthermore, students will be expected to assume (different) roles in their cohort so as to explore the complex issues that arise in human capital management. Part II (CHD):
